These Terms of Service govern the use of the Mane Gracián Publisher application ("the App").

1. Nature of the App. The App is a private, personal-use tool operated exclusively by Mane Gracián. Its sole purpose is to schedule and publish original video content to Mane Gracián's own TikTok account through TikTok's official APIs. The App is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any other person or entity.

2. Acceptable use. The App is used in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms. All content published through the App is original content created by or for the account owner. AI-generated or AI-assisted content is labeled as such in accordance with TikTok's content policies.

3. Intellectual property. All content published through the App is owned by Mane Gracián or used under appropriate license.

4. Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is", for personal use only, without warranties of any kind. Since the App has no third-party users, no liability is assumed toward third parties.

5. Changes. These terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
